Romans 12:18 (NIV)
Today is a good day. I have to comment on the last blog I posted. That very afternoon after I prayed about giving my attitude to God in relation to my friend at work, she called me to talk and we worked things out... I know that God's timing is perfect in that if I would have talked to her before I went to the Word, I would have been full of retaliation and would have been on the defensive... But because I asked specifically for God to change my attitude first, (not only did he change my attitude, He revealed to me HIS attitude about the matter) and through that prayer I asked for God to soften her heart to receive my words... He did exactly as I asked... Now we have a restored friendship... This means I have to be intentional in the way I relate to her and after a week of self-reflection, I realize I don't get a second chance to make a first impression... Be intentional and at peace in your relationships as much as it depends on you...
